Elia is seeking a Datacom Field Operations Lead to manage operational activities related to Datacom networks, ensuring service continuity and rapid incident resolution. You will be the central contact for network operations and contribute to process optimization.

You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate field interventions, and collaborate with IT, Asset Management, Engineering, and Security teams to maintain high standards of safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/telecommunications.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the availability and reliability of Datacom networks.
• Coordinate maintenance operations and field interventions.
• Manage complex incident resolutions.
• Supervise internal and external teams, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and new technology deployments.
• Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
