Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician to join our Ghent, Belgium facility. This full-time, on-site role supports critical infrastructure in world-class data center environments. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform cabling, and monitor power and cooling systems.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are essential. Preferred candidates hold data center or IT certifications and have 3+ years of ops experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Strong cabling and rack/stack skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2).
• Experience with power distribution and UPS systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs in demanding environments.
• On-site Ghent, Belgium; willingness to be on-site full time.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling and hardware deployments.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot root causes.
• Maintain asset documentation and rack/stack records.

Compensation & Benefits

€45,000-59,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking

• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
