The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance, supervising teams, and collaborating with IT, Engineering, and Security to drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in network operations or telecommunications.
• Degree in IT or telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• French language proficiency (fluent)

Responsabilités

• Ensure the availability and reliability of Datacom networks.
• Coordinate maintenance operations and field interventions.
• Manage complex incident resolutions.
• Supervise internal and external teams, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and new technology deployments.
• Collaborate with IT, Asset Management, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
