Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) with specialist services and data expertise in Belgium. You will analyze data sources, validate ingestion, and lead governance discussions across cross‑functional teams.

Expect strong communication, data sensitivity awareness, and the ability to handle classified information while contributing to asset and vulnerability reviews and preparing technical findings for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized engineering degree; MSc preferred with 3 years post-related experience.
• Security clearance at NATO SECRET level is required or possible.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (2+ years).
• Data sensitivity awareness and handling classified information.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Fluent English; NATO STANAG 6001 proficiency desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support data source onboarding by maintaining the Data Source registry and validating data ingestion against the data model.
• Analyse data sources related to assets, configurations and vulnerabilities; identify relevant data and assess gaps.
• Lead technical discussions on data sources, correlation and SOPs; host data governance activities.
• Prepare technical findings, provide recommendations and document results in reports and presentations.
• Review project service for depth, compliance and vulnerability exposure across architecture and procedures.
• Attend or lead Data Source Onboarding Group and Data Governing Board meetings.
