Spektrum is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead data source discovery for a NATO NCIA project in Belgium. You will engage with DS owners, facilitate site surveys, and support governance processes while informing stakeholders of objectives and progress.

Required NATO SECRET level clearance, Prince2 Foundation, and strong PM/BA skills. This is an on-site role based in Belgium with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Security clearance at NATO SECRET level at minimum.
• Experience with project management or business analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data Source Discovery with ~155 internal DS owners and coordinate Site Surveys.
• Facilitate Site Survey Report validation and NCIA escalation processes.
• Prepare introductory materials and support engagement with data source owners.
• Evaluate potential data sources for applicability and alignment with ACPV objectives.
• Represent NCIA to stakeholders and deliver presentations in meetings with external parties.
• Communicate organizational objectives and progress to stakeholders; maintain governance docs.
