Job summary

Neurho is seeking a Data Scientist to help develop a multilingual matching engine that links jobseekers with employment and training opportunities. You will design interfaces to present profile assessments, job proposals, and recommended pathways, while making matching results understandable with clear criteria, skills gaps, and proposal rankings.

You will also build dashboards for data quality, test results, usage, and engine performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to co-design

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of frontend development experience.
• 1–4 years of experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Azure AI Search.
• 1–4 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• 1–4 years of Python and R experience.
• Dutch or French at C1 level.

Your role

• Build dashboards covering data quality, test results, usage and engine performance.

You have

• One to four years of experience in frontend development and integration.
• One to four years of experience with Microsoft Azure AI.
• One to four years of experience with Microsoft Azure AI Search.

• One to four years of experience with Python.
• One to four years of experience with R.
• Dutch or French at C1 level.

A plus

• English at C1 level.
• One to four years of recent experience as a Data Scientist.
