AlphaCredit is seeking a Data Scientist - AI Solution Lead (Expert) to steer AI use cases from scoping to deployment and monitoring. You will coordinate business, Data and IT stakeholders, deliver advanced analytics, ML and generative AI solutions, and guide the team to stronger Data Science capabilities.

Data Scientist - AI Solution Lead (Expert) - AlphaCredit

AlphaCredit’s Data Tribe drives the organization’s data-led transformation through data platforms, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, reporting and data governance. Within the Tribe, the CoE Analytics & AI turns company data into analyses, predictive models and Data & AI solutions that support decisions, operational efficiency and measurable value. The role sits within this center of expertise and works across the full data value creation cycle.

The Data Scientist - AI Solution Lead serves as a senior technical and functional expert, leading Data Science and AI use cases from business scoping and value assessment to development, deployment, adoption and monitoring. The consultant challenges business needs, assesses feasibility, develops or supervises advanced analytics, Machine Learning and generative AI solutions, and coordinates business, Data and IT stakeholders. The role also provides hands-on guidance, reviews team work and coaches colleagues to strengthen Data Science and AI capabilities.

A major part of the mission is to define and implement AlphaCredit’s enterprise-wide AI governance framework in line with Group standards, responsible AI principles and the EU AI Act. The consultant establishes processes for identifying, assessing, approving, validating and monitoring AI initiatives while supporting investment decisions and tracking expected and realized value. The role therefore combines hands-on AI delivery, senior technical leadership, governance and regulatory compliance in a regulated organization.
