SailPeak in Brussels is seeking a Data Scientist with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work on AI-related projects for top banking clients, delivering data-driven insights, dashboards, and ML models to improve performance and customer journeys.

You will collect, clean, and transform data from banking and fintech sources; contribute to ML and deep learning projects; build interactive dashboards with Power BI/Tableau; and collaborate with agile teams to drive digital

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Banking, Digital Transformation, or related field.
• Strong interest in AI, data and machine learning models.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or VBA.

Responsabilités

• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and transformation from diverse banking and fintech sources.
• Contribute to Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects with AI models.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor digital strategies and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams to optimize segmentation and personalization using predictive analytics.
• Support data-driven digital strategies and AI-powered campaigns for banking clients.
