In4Matic is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data quality initiatives during an ERP transition in our logistics operations. You will collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to ensure data integrity and develop automated validation tools.

You will create dashboards, perform root cause analyses, and advance data governance, with SAP ERP knowledge and strong SQL skills to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience with SAP ERP modules related to supply chain or logistics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Python is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote cross-functional alignment by working with data stewards, business owners, and IT leaders to establish consistent data quality rules, standards, and metrics.
• Conduct root cause analyses to understand drivers of data quality issues across the application landscape.
• Document findings, quantify the business impact of data quality problems, and work with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Analyse relevant datasets to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Perform data profiling on critical datasets to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
• Develop tools to automate data quality checks for the systems within the scope of the transformation.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide ongoing visibility into data quality and overall data health.
• Support business teams in improving data creation and maintenance processes at the source, fostering a proactive data quality mindset.

Function

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform within the logistics operations of the organisation. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the IT department, and external implementation partners to ensure high data quality, develop automated data validation tools, and support stakeholders in expanding their knowledge and capabilities throughout the transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote cross-functional alignment by working with data stewards, business owners, and IT leaders to establish consistent data quality rules, standards, and metrics
• Conduct root cause analyses to understand drivers of data quality issues across the application landscape
• Document findings, quantify the business impact of data quality problems, and work with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable improvement plans
• Analyse relevant datasets to address specific business questions or challenges

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst
• Experience with SAP ERP modules related to supply chain or logistics (MM/PP/SD/ECC/...)
• Strong SQL skills for data querying
• Experience with data visualisation tools for dashboards and reporting
• Experience with data science tools such as Python is a plus
