In4Matic is seeking an experienced SAP Business Partner & Master Data Specialist to evolve and support its SAP landscape. You will own master data processes for customers and vendors, drive data quality, and collaborate on integrations across SAP CRM and S/4HANA in a modern cloud-enabled environment.

You will work with internal stakeholders and partners, ensure GDPR-compliant processes, and support migrations while delivering end-to-end functional and technical solutions in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience within the last three years.
• Experience delivering a Business Partner setup through at least one complete project lifecycle.
• Minimum three years’ experience in application maintenance.
• Strong ABAP debugging capabilities and data quality focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and improve creation and maintenance processes for B2C/B2B customers and vendors.
• Support SAP integration with non-SAP apps including S/4HANA and cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Contribute to BP migration activities, data validation, and synchronization.

Function

We’re looking for an experiencedSAP Business Partner & Master Data Specialistto join our client’s team and play a key role in the evolution, support, and transformation of its SAP landscape. You’ll combine strong functional knowledge with hands‑on technical expertise, working acrossSAP CRM and SAP S/4HANAand supporting the transition toward a modern SAP Sales & Service environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical master data processes while contributing to complex integration, migration, and transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the creation and maintenance processes forB2C and B2B customers and vendors.

• Work with external identifiers supporting sales and service processes.

• EnsureGDPR-compliant processeswithin SAP and contribute to data governance and quality.

• Drive data quality activities, includingdata consolidation, mass processing, duplicate identification, and cleansing.

• SupportBusiness Partner integrationswith SAP and non‑SAP applications, including S/4HANA and cloud‑based customer and service solutions.

• Provide end‑to‑end functional and technical application support, from incident analysis through solution design and implementation.

• Translate business and functional requirements into clearfunctional and technical specifications.

• Perform SAP CRM and S/4HANA configuration and troubleshooting, including ABAP‑level debugging where required.

• Contribute to Business Partner migration activities, data validation, and synchronization between legacy and target environments.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners during SAP transformation and migration activities, including phased deployments and parallel‑run scenarios.

Profile

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with practical SAP experience and is comfortable operating between business requirements and technical implementation. You should havehands‑on SAP S/4HANA experience gained within the last three years, as well as experience delivering a Business Partner setup through at least one complete project lifecycle. A minimum ofthree years’ experience in application maintenanceis expected.

Key technical experience includes:

• SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI and strong knowledge ofCRM Sales, Service, and Marketing.

• SAP Business Partner configuration and master data management.

• SAP CRM/S/4HANA integration usingSAP PI and SAP CPI.

• ABAP knowledge and debugging capabilities.

• Data quality management, including consolidation, mass processing, and duplicate cleansing.

• Business Partner migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA andCVI (Customer-Vendor Integration)are strong advantages.

• Experience withSAP ILM, GDPR processes, and BP integration with systems such as ECC, FI‑CA, or customer data platforms is an advantage.

• Familiarity withServiceNow and Jirais a plus.

• Experience working in anagile/sprint‑based environmentand with distributed or offshore teams is beneficial.

• Experience within the railway or another complex, process‑driven industry is considered an advantage.

Practical Details

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders and contribute to both operational support and ongoing SAP transformation initiatives.English is required, together with eitherDutch or French; knowledge of both Dutch and French is a strong advantage. The role involves working from our client’sBrussels‑area office, with approximately two days per week onsite considered an added value. Candidates must already have the right to work locally, as visa or work‑permit sponsorship is not available.
