Pluxee is seeking a Data Project Manager based in Belgium (Brussels) to lead data-focused initiatives within a decentralized Data Hub/Spoke setup. You will guarantee best PM practices, connect regional and global teams, and drive BI/reporting outcomes.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and requirements, coordinate with data communities, and ensure successful delivery of data capabilities across multiple countries in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management.
• +5 years of experience in large data projects in a major organization.
• Experience leading data analytics projects and data topics (compliance, skills, technologies).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com).
• Experience with AI project delivery management is a plus.
• Languages: fluent English mandatory; knowledge of French/Dutch/Czech/Polish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Challenge needs for realistic and efficient deliveries.
• Write functional/technical specifications for data solutions.
• Identify and escalate critical issues; maintain project governance.
• Manage daily/weekly project communications and status reports (Azure Boards).
• Ensure alignment with project budget (investment/build projects).
• Define stakeholder roles and RACI; apply agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Prepare and present project management documents (charter, plan, summaries).
• Centralize all project documentation (slides, specs, charts, minutes).
• Interact with Global Data Program Manager and Data PM Community to scale projects.

Your next challenge:

Pluxee Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiples countries Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering Business intelligence reports, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviours.

Reporting to the Data Spoke Manager and located in Belgium, the Data Project Manager is a key member of the spoke. He/she will guarantee the best practices of Project Management in data projects, and act as facilitator to communicate and connect people from BRS (local, region and global).

With the support of dedicated Group Teams, He/she will guarantee the correct project tracking (Plan, financial and scope), communicate properly to Region, Global and Data Community.

Data project management is managed at Spoke level. This position will focus on managing data projects, organization change management and product data lifecycle. The objective is to guarantee a perfect alignment to business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Data Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and driving the project schedule, tracks the status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met.
• Supporting the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects.
• Collecting and translating business needs into Data capabilities and processes
• Challenging needs to ensure realistic and efficient deliveries.
• Writing functional/technical specifications required to deliver the data solution (data flows, data models, governance, and processes documents).
• Ensuring critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
• Managing daily/weekly project communication and status reporting (Azure Boards).
• Ensuring Alignment with project budget (investment / build projects).
• Identifying each project stakeholder role and responsibility (RACI).
• Applying relevant project methodology considering project organization (agile, waterfall …).
• Preparing and present project management documents (project charter, project plan, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, change management logs,) as needed.
• Centralizing and organizing all relevant documentation related to the project (slide deck, specifications, charts, and meeting minutes).
• Interacting with Global Data Program Manager and the Data PM Community to scale projects.

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management
• +5 years working in large data project in a major organization.
• Experience in leading and managing data analytics projects ans data topics (compliance, skills, technologies).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
• Working Knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies.
• Skilled in Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or Azure Dev Ops, Monday.com).
• Experience with AI project delivery management will be a plus.
• Rigorous and organized.
• Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Data specialists, IT, Business, Management, C-Level)
• Languages: fluent English is mandatory - Knowledge on French / Dutch / Czech / Polizh, will be a plus.
