A global provider of employee benefits based in Brussels is looking for a Compliance Analyst to monitor regulatory compliance and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in compliance, a bachelor's degree in Law or Business, and be fluent in French and English. Responsibilities include preparing compliance reports, conducting risk assessments, and providing training on compliance matters. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming to Sapin II requirements.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Follow up on ISO and Delegation of Authorities.
• Implement monitoring to comply with AML regulations.

As a Compliance Analyst you keep us on the right side of the rules. You monitor compliance, spot risks before they become problems, investigate issues with a detective's eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions. You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow‑up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future‑proof.
