Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Data Manager and Engineer for a client-site consultancy on the eDossier modernization program. You will help enhance data management and engineering capabilities across the organization.

You will lead data governance, MDM, and cloud migration to Azure, deliver dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance a data-driven culture across multiple projects.

• 5+ years in master data management and metadata management.
• 5+ years in data quality and data governance.
• 5+ years in data integration and data security.

Responsabilités

• Develop master data management and metadata management into a data glossary and data dictionary for the eDossier initiative and the organization.
• Ensure high-quality and secure data analysis, transitioning from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analysis.
• Manage all activities from data collection to modeling and visualization, addressing the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
• Facilitate the migration of current and future data to the Azure Cloud data platform, adhering to established security policies and architecture.
• Implement solutions to provide stakeholders with understandable, readable, and usable reports and statistical data, utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Create and propose architectural data designs and translate them into actionable implementation points.
• Assist the organization in enhancing its data maturity and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a data-driven organization.
• Work within a team of technical and non-technical profiles, effectively communicating with all project stakeholders.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager and Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on the ambitious eDossier modernization program, which aims to enhance data management and engineering within the organization. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while engaging in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop master data management and metadata management into a data glossary and data dictionary for the eDossier initiative and the organization.
• Ensure high-quality and secure data analysis, transitioning from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analysis.
• Manage all activities from data collection to modeling and visualization, addressing the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science from a recognized European institution.
• Continuous self-education to stay updated on sustainable trends and innovations, focusing on structured and unstructured data management within complex organizations.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data management within complex organizations, including:
  • 5+ years in master data management and metadata management.
  • 5+ years in data quality and data governance.
  • 5+ years in data integration and data security.
  • 5+ years in predictive and prescriptive data analysis.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in on-prem and cloud data engineering, including:
  • 5+ years with data pipelines (workflow automation, batch, and real-time).
  • 5+ years in data storage and architecture.
  • 3+ years in data migrations from on-prem to cloud environments.
  • 5+ years in data collection and processing.
  • 3+ years with SAP BO and Power BI as data visualization tools.
  • 5+ years in data transformation and integration.
  • 3+ years in setting up and using Azure Cloud data platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience working within agile teams.
• Ability to propose alternative solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong listening skills, flexible attitude, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with API design and development, microservices integration, and software design is a plus.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and a good command of either Dutch or French is required.
