Datashift is seeking a Data Insights Analyst to bridge business and technology, turning data into actionable insights with Power BI and Tableau. You will gather requirements, document user stories and use cases, and coach junior colleagues.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a hands-on SQL and data visualization background. You will work with clients to translate strategic goals into data roadmaps, advise on data departments, and help drive a data-driven culture across engagements.

Qualifications

• First experience with functional and/or business analysis.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting them as user stories/use cases.
• Ability to guide business users to insights and impact.
• Strong SQL understanding and willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
