Datashift is seeking a BI Manager to lead and grow our BI focus area. You will guide clients and teams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on BI delivery.

You will manage relationships around reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality, while owning project outcomes and team performance in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in data & analytics with leadership experience.
• Experience building or growing services, teams, or products.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.

At Datashift, we're looking for a BI Manager to lead and grow our BI focus area. You'll combine strategic thinking with a solid understanding of BI to guide clients and teams toward success.

Your Role

As BI Manager, you are the driving force behind our BI service offering. You will:

• Lead the BI focus area within our Analytics practice, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs around reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes and team performance, even in complex environments.
• Assess and challenge BI deliverables, understanding the value of different BI capabilities without needing to be the deep-dive expert yourself.
• Inspire and support your team, recognizing people as key assets and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to Datashift's strategic direction, representing our BI vision with clarity and confidence.

What We're Looking For

• 6 to 10 years of experience in data & analytics, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Experience in building or growing business (e.g. a services, teams, products).
• Strong affinity with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A Master's degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
