Datashift is seeking a Data Product Analyst to bridge business and technical teams, turning data into reliable, business-driven products for clients across industries.

You will own data products, manage backlogs, and promote data democratization, with exposure to AI-enabled analytics and agile practices. This role requires strong stakeholder management and practical data governance experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data/BI roles.
• Strong data analysis & interpretation, SQL/Python, BI tooling familiarity.
• Experience in data management: cataloging, modeling, quality, data contracts.

Responsabilités

• Understand business needs and translate them into data-driven questions and requirements.
• Identify optimal data product solutions balancing value and cost.
• Design semantic data models and work with data engineers on scalable products.
• Ensure data quality by managing data contracts with owners and process experts.
• Manage the data product backlog for a domain, prioritizing by value.
• Promote data democratization with documentation, training, and catalog visibility.
• Oversee lifecycle and lineage of data products and explore AI-driven improvements.
