EMW is seeking a seasoned Data Lead (Orchestration & Strategy) to drive data governance and strategy. The role requires chairing governance bodies, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and delivering weekly KPI reports, with NATO SECRET clearance.

The position demands strong analytical and communication skills, English fluency, and a track record of ensuring evidence-based decisions and timely artefact management within an international context.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree as listed above.
• 5+ years in data governance, data management, information management or BI.
• Experience chairing governance boards, working groups or formal meetings.
• Experience reviewing governance submissions for completeness and readiness.
• Experience documenting decisions, actions, risks and proceedings.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts: quality, ownership, stewardship, metadata, onboarding.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in English, with ability to interact at technical and business levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly Data Governance Board (DGB) and chair meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare mature weekly DGB submission packages with complete documentation.
• Document DGB decisions, actions and deadlines; circulate minutes to stakeholders.
• Track weekly data governance KPIs and data-quality indicators; identify gaps.
• Ensure artefacts are collected per TOR and SOP and stored traceably.
• Supervise Data Source On-Boarding Working Group; align with DGB priorities.
• Report monthly on business value derived from ACPV data and document benefits.
