WLG is seeking a discovery lead who can run a site survey, chair governance sessions and keep a clean paper trail. You will coordinate across roughly 155 internal data source owners and report progress and risks clearly to stakeholders.

This on-site assignment near Brussels requires professional English, strong project management or business analysis experience, and a proactive, questions-first mindset. You will maintain records of risks, actions, decisions, and data delivery agreements,

Qualifications

Project management or business analysis experience across supplier and public sector.
Prince2 Foundation, or proven ability to run work packages without it.
Care with classified and mission-critical information.
Communication and stakeholder skills for government bodies, partners and industry.
Professional English at full working level.
Habit of asking the awkward question early rather than late.

Responsabilités

Lead discovery across ~155 internal data source owners, coordinating survey kick-off, site data gathering and report validation.
Facilitate escalation when a site stalls.
Prepare introductory and discovery material to streamline conversations.
Evaluate candidate sources for applicability and reliability to improve the picture.
Represent the programme to stakeholders, presenting progress and direction.
Host governance sessions and maintain a clear record of risks, actions, decisions and data delivery agreements.
