Itproposal is seeking a Program Manager – Data Management & Governance in Brussels, Belgium. The contract role focuses on developing and supporting a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives.

You will work with stakeholders to define data products, establish supporting data architecture, and implement data governance policies to ensure successful adoption of the strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in data management or data governance.
• Proven experience designing data architectures and data models.
• Experience implementing data governance policies and metadata management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with data governance tools and CI/CD integration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data products and data products roadmaps.
• Design data architecture that supports self-service analytics.
• Establish and implement data governance policies and practices.
• Develop a training plan to enable rollout and adoption of the data strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholders and project activities throughout implementation.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
