Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level data governance management experience.
• Strong background in functional administration of data tools.
• Proficient in business glossary and metadata management.
• Experience in data quality engineering and governance tooling.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process modelling.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient with Confluence and JIRA.
• Knowledge of BCSS/eHealth in public sector contexts.
• Experience in large organisations and public sector projects.
• Proficient in testing activities and quality assurance.
• Native-level French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance activities across data teams and ensure traceability of decisions.
• Coach data stewards and upskill teams across varying maturity levels.
• Organise escalations, arbitration, and ensure closure of actions.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and governance documentation.
• Define rules, controls, thresholds and quality indicators for data quality.
• Configure and maintain governance tools and metadata models.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance topics across datasets and directorates.
