Lighthouse is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead a team building end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines for our hospitality data platform. You will guide architecture, implement scalable streaming and batch pipelines, and embed AI-first practices across the engineering org.

You will mentor engineers, optimize data quality and observability, and collaborate with product and business teams to deliver actionable data products used by thousands of hotels worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data engineering teams.
• Hands-on background in ETL/ELT and data transformations.
• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Strong data modelling and SQL skills.
