Spektrum in Brussels is seeking a PMO/Portfolio Coordinator to support NATO NCIA-related programs. You will help establish governance, manage project intake and roadmaps, and monitor portfolio performance with dashboards and KPIs. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with PPM tools.

The successful candidate will work onsite in Brussels, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across defense and government networks.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or portfolio support.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Clarity, Jira.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Certification in ICT governance (e.g. CGEIT).
• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PfMP, Agile certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Governance and Coordination – assist the establishment, execution, and continuous improvement of portfolio governance processes.
• Planning and Prioritization - endorsement for project intake, evaluation, and prioritization activities; maintain project pipeline and roadmaps.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting - develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to support decision-making.
• Data Management and Tool Administration - administer PPM tools and reporting environments with data accuracy and automated reporting.
• Risk and Issue Oversight - identify, track, and escalate cross-project risks and dependencies.
