Job summary

Goodman Continental Europe is seeking a Programme Cost Manager based in Brussels to own cost tools, processes and reporting for multi-year development projects. You will work with project teams, engineering, finance and external cost managers to drive consistency and informed decisions across the business.

You will focus on cost benchmarking, budgeting and market intelligence for data centre and logistics developments, contributing to visibility of cost trends and risk-adjusted exposures across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction or infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for cost modelling and financial reporting; Power Query/Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Cost Benchmarking & Estimating: gather BOQ tender data to develop a CBS-based benchmarking tool.
• Programme Budget Monitoring and Sensitivity testing: maintain budget tools and provide risk-adjusted insights.
• Coordinate Project Financial Reviews and roll out tools to CE Development Portfolio.
• Support and train internal and external Project Cost Engineers for consistent budgeting approaches.
