Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a complex Data Center project in Belgium. The role focuses on maintaining the integrated schedule, monitoring milestones, dependencies and critical path, and coordinating planning with contractors and stakeholders.

Fluent English and French are required, with Dutch an asset. The position involves close collaboration with the Project Management team through construction, testing and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling on major construction projects.
• Experience with Data Centers or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, critical-path analysis, progress measurement and schedule risk.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the integrated project schedule with milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Review contractor schedules, identify delays and schedule risks, and support mitigation actions.
• Monitor progress and coordinate planning inputs with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support look-ahead planning, progress measurement and milestone tracking.
• Provide scheduling input for reporting, dashboards and progress meetings.
• Assess scheduling impact of project changes and variations.
