Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years analyzing data for asset management, maintenance or IoT telemetry.
• 3+ years building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with BPM and process optimization.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Native Dutch with English at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed process and requirements analyses to align operational needs with technical data solutions.
• Capture and structure business requirements while managing a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Translate analytical insights from asset data into actionable strategies for process optimization.
• Formulate research questions and hypotheses to guide data-driven investigations and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance and fault detection workflows.
• Utilize facilitation techniques to lead workshops and align project objectives across the organization.
