Job summary

BMW Group Belux is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with local and international stakeholders to create compelling visual narratives and ensure data quality across the organization.

The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, and driving a data-driven culture with innovative analytics, including AI and machine learning capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Ability to tell stories with data and transform findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical concepts accessibly.
• Experience with BI tools, data analytics methodologies, and data warehouse concepts.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and help shape a culture where decisions are guided by data, not assumptions.

What should you bring along?

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• A passion for storytelling with data and the ability to transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a curious and business-oriented mindset.
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical concepts in an accessible way.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics methodologies, and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, paired with a continuous eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
