Job summary

BMW Group Belux is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights and create compelling dashboards for business leaders in Belgium. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to uncover opportunities and support data-driven decisions in a premium, international environment.

You should bring at least 3 years in BI or data analytics, strong storytelling with data, and fluency in Dutch and English, along with experience in BI tools and data warehousing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar role.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business focus.
• Capable of communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools, analytics methodologies and data warehouses.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What should you bring along?

• The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical concepts in an accessible way.


• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics methodologies, and data warehouse concepts.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.


• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, paired with a continuous eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
