Umicore is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to drive the data and analytics roadmap within CSM, enabling high-quality reporting and business transformation. You will lead development of the Data Platform, EPM tools, and Analytics capabilities, collaborating with the IS department and CSM business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data & analytics domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for innovation.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure, Anaplan, AI, SQL.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build & maintain the data platform and BI tools with IS department collaboration.
• Oversee and manage implementation projects.
• Drive harmonized Power BI-based reporting across the landscape.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide end-user training.
