Job summary

imec Leuven offers Bachelor and Master internship opportunities in Data Analytics for Next-Generation 2D Semiconductor Devices. You will build and extend a Python-based analysis framework to extract device metrics from electrical measurements, covering four-probe, Hall-bar, and MOS capacitor characterizations.

6-9 months, PAY: stipend provided. You will learn semiconductor device physics, Python software development, and automated data analysis while contributing to imec's cutting-edge research

Qualifications

• Background in computer science or related fields.
• Interest in data analytics for materials science.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend the analysis framework to support more characterization techniques.
• Develop robust algorithms for automated parameter extraction.
• Ensure compatibility across different measurement tools.
• Help build a scalable software framework for researchers.
• Qualify new characterization equipment and validate outputs.
