In4Matic is seeking an experienced data and application specialist to shape and maintain the organization’s database environment, data flows, and reporting capabilities. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to support data management, improve tools, and ensure reliable solutions.

You will draft specifications, coordinate shared databases with partners, define data-entry procedures, test and train users, and oversee security and access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying user needs and translating them into practical improvements.
• Ability to work autonomously on data flows while respecting GDPR rules and internal procedures.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis is required.

Responsabilités

• Draft the technical specifications for new database developments and present them to potential suppliers.
• Coordinate the development and programming of shared databases with external partners.
• Define procedures for data entry and database usage.
• Test newly developed databases with users and propose improvements.
• Organize meetings with partners to monitor progress and decisions.
• Track project decisions and maintain communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare rollout of shared databases and provide training to key users.
• Investigate data or operational issues and propose IT solutions to improve workflows.
• Analyze user needs, adapt databases, and develop proposals for new requirements.
• Support users with maintenance of databases and creation or adjustment of applications, forms, tables, and reports.
• Manage database users, data structures, and access rights.
• Oversee configuration, backups, and system security.
• Create reports and analyses to help users interpret data.
• Verify data accuracy from annual accounts and subsidy files.
• Compare data from multiple sources, including datacubes.
• Participate in internal working groups and meetings.
