GAMING1 is seeking a BI Developer to design and evolve data pipelines and data products that empower decision-making across the business. You will turn data into meaningful insights, build dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance while partnering with operational teams on strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes a strong data culture, collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ongoing contribution to the data roadmap in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifications

• You treat data pipelines, datasets, and dashboards as products with users and long-term ownership.
• You understand the why behind numbers and focus on business impact.
• You are comfortable with SQL and Python (or PySpark) and know data modeling and performance considerations.
• You value clean code, documentation, data quality, and reproducibility.
• You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You communicate effectively in English (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and evolve robust data pipelines and data products.
• Translate data into insights, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses for business and execs.
• Implement data quality controls, governance, and monitoring for reliable data use.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and monitor business processes for strategic support.
• Document, train, and guide stakeholders to foster data culture.
• Contribute to the data roadmap and stay aligned with best practices.
