Beyond Data Group is seeking a Data & AI Solution Leader who can drive the data strategy for clients in Belgium, connect business needs with practical AI solutions, and mentor a growing team of consultants. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic client engagements, shaping architectures and guiding projects from concept to adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Data Architect designing modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Experience in consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or advisory roles.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and customer conversations.
• Translate business challenges into actionable data/AI roadmaps and solutions.
• Own projects from architecture and solution design through delivery and adoption.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure technical quality on engagements.

In this role, you'll help grow our business, shape our Data & AI strategy, support our customers' transformation journeys, and develop the next generation of consultants.

You bring together business, technology, and people. You build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities, shape Data & AI solutions, and guide projects from idea to impact. You work closely with Sales, Delivery, and our consultants to ensure successful outcomes for our customers.

You are a hands‑on technical leader and player‑coach. You can lead executive discussions, define solution architectures, support pre‑sales, and actively contribute to project delivery when needed.

You take ownership of the full customer journey while empowering consultants through coaching, delegation, and trust.

Customer & Business Growth

Expand Beyond Data's presence in Flanders.

Develop trusted relationships with customers and prospects.

Identify and shape Data & AI opportunities.

Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and customer conversations.

Translate business challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions.

Design pragmatic Data & AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Act as technical lead for strategic customer engagements.

Own projects from architecture and solution design through delivery and adoption.

Provide architectural guidance and ensure technical quality.

Stay actively involved in key customer engagements and critical project milestones.

Balance hands‑on contribution with effective delegation to consultants.

Coaching & Innovation

Coach consultants on architecture, delivery, and customer engagement.

Foster collaboration between customers, consultants, and sales teams.

Stay ahead of developments in Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI.

Contribute to the evolution of Beyond Data's offerings and capabilities.

Who you are

Passionate about Data, AI, and business transformation.

Data Architect with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering modern data platforms and analytics solutions.

Experienced in consulting, solution architecture, pre‑sales, or advisory roles.

Comfortable engaging with both C‑level stakeholders and technical teams.

A strong technical leader capable of managing the full lifecycle of Data & AI projects.

A true player‑coach who combines leadership with hands‑on execution.

Skilled at coaching consultants and helping teams grow.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded.

Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French.

Experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik, Power BI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
