Job summary

Thales Belgium is seeking a dynamic Training Engineer to join the Tubize site. You will deliver trainings on cryptographic governance and field operations, develop and improve course material, and support exams and learner progression.

The role focuses on end-to-end training in a military context with collaboration across SMEs and the Training & Education team. You will contribute to continuous improvement of materials, and participation in organizational meetings to expand training scope across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related STEM field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience facilitating training sessions in a technical context.
• 2+ years of field experience with cryptography and/or cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: conduct high-quality training sessions on cryptography solutions for Belgian Defence requirements.
• Material Development: prepare, validate and improve training materials and assessments with SMEs.
• Feedback and Assessment: supervise exams, provide feedback and track learner progression.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in meetings and refine exercises for training effectiveness.
• Collaboration: support expansion of training scope with Training & Education team.
