NVISO Security seeks a Senior Cyber Strategy & Architecture Consultant to reinforce clients’ security posture. You will lead or assist with strategic security projects, refine operations for MDR and IAM, and help design client security architectures and standards.

Strong communication and a proactive, results-driven approach are essential. You will engage with both large and small organizations across Europe, reporting to client management, and contribute to shaping security strategies grounded

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managing GRC and/or CISO-related projects
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor or a Master’s degree; IT/tech education not mandatory
• Ability to work autonomously while valuing teamwork
• Strong client-oriented mindset with focus on quality deliverables
• Citizenship in one of the NATO member states

Responsabilités

• Assist or lead client IT/security teams with strategic security projects
• Refine security operations across Managed Posture, MDR, and IAM
• Define and implement client security architecture and reference models
• Develop action plans with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance
• Define security strategy supported by a threat assessment
• Collaborate with large and small clients to improve protection against cyber threats

Tasks

As a Senior Cyber Strategy & Architecture Consultant, you will assist our smaller and larger customers with the overall reinforcement of their security posture. Typical engagements include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting or leading client’s IT or security teams with the implementation of strategic security projects. You solve together with other NVISO experts customers challenges or work in full integration with the client organization
• Refining security operations processes and technologies in the area of Managed Cybersecurity Posture (Vulnerability Management as a service), Managed Detection and Response and Identity and Access Management
• Implementing or refining our client’s security architecture, processes and operations, including reference architecture development, technical standards development
• Defining action plans in concertation with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting in reaching or maintaining compliance to information security legal, contractual, or internal requirements
• Defining a Security Strategy, supported by a corporate threat assessment in collaboration with key stakeholders in the organization

Requirements

• You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing GRC and/or CISO-related projects
• Bachelor or a Master’s degree, your education is not required to be in IT or technology, however you should have some affinity with technology
• Used to operating with a great deal of autonomy, but also appreciate the value of team work
• A “people person”: a good communicator and concerned about your co-workers
• Results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines. You value quality and client satisfaction above all, and appreciate the value of outstanding deliverables
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
