NVISO, a European cybersecurity company, is seeking a Junior HR Consultant / Recruiter (m/w/d) in or near Frankfurt am Main. You will guide the recruitment process for technical teams, write job descriptions, and ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction while collaborating with hiring managers.

You should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, IT/consulting exposure, and be comfortable with LinkedIn and other channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience, IT/Consulting focus.
• Experience using LinkedIn and job boards to manage applicants.
• Citizen of NATO member state or Austrian.
• On-site at Frankfurt office at least 2 days per week.
• Fluent business English and German (C1).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers in technical departments.
• Define job descriptions and requirements.
• Manage recruitment process and candidate satisfaction.
• Direct outreach to candidates via LinkedIn.
• Organize university events, job fairs, etc.
