WLG is seeking an experienced IT application administrator to operate and support a cybersecurity application within a demanding enterprise setting in Belgium. You will handle day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, deployments, and onboarding of a user community.

You will also manage data and reporting with Power BI, maintain Linux environments (RHEL 9), and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service levels and governance as the service beds in.

Qualifications

• Three years in cyber security or a comparably demanding technical environment.
• Application administration and production support, including transition into steady-state operations.
• Strong enterprise Linux expertise, especially RHEL 9 administration.
• Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Database management with MS SQL or PostgreSQL, and data loading, migration and transfer automation.
• Application deployment, patching and release management.
• IT service management in practice — service levels, incident and change management.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and support the application day to day — administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution and user support.
• Maintain and deploy it: updates, patches, installations, configuration changes and controlled removal when needed.
• Manage data and reporting — loading, transfers, validation, and building and improving Power BI dashboards.
• Support the technical environment: RHEL, NGINX, Java and SQL connectivity.
• Look after the user community, especially through initialisation and onboarding.
• Keep the operational documentation, configuration and procedures current.
• Provide service reporting and governance — indicators, service levels, risks and issues, and the regular service reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the agency, and find the improvements worth making.
