Wlgroup in Belgium is seeking an experienced engineer to operate and support a cyber security application service on a day-to-day basis, including administration, troubleshooting, deployment of changes and data flows, plus building Power BI dashboards to support reporting for stakeholders.

You will work under the service area owner, onboarding a user community, maintaining the environment (RHEL, NGINX, Java, SQL), and coordinating with stakeholders to drive improvements while ensuring service

Qualifications

• At least three years in cyber security or a similarly demanding technical environment.
• Application administration and production support experience.
• Strong enterprise Linux—production servers, services, networking, logs and storage (RHEL 9).
• Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Database management with MS SQL or PostgreSQL, including data loading and transfer automation.
• Application deployment, patching and release management.
• IT service management practice—SLAs, incidents and changes.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and support the application day to day: administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution and user support.
• Maintain and deploy updates, patches, installations, and configuration changes.
• Manage data and reporting: loading, transfers, validation, dashboards.
