Capgemini is seeking an IAM Tech Lead to drive design, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management for a key Belgian client. You will act as the technical authority, guiding secure, scalable identity services and collaborating with Delivery & Run teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, champion best practices, and lead automation of identity lifecycle processes while keeping pace with evolving security standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IAM Technical Lead in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and privileged access management.
• Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

Reporting to the Cybersecurity SDM, you support our operations team responsible for managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for one of Capgemini’s key clients in Belgium.
