Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in customs.
• Strong knowledge of customs legislation and procedures.
• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging training content.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with delivering training to clients and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Developing and delivering practical and engaging customs training sessions for clients and colleagues.
• Translating complex customs legislation into clear, accessible training content.
• Preparing training materials, presentations, case studies and exercises.
• Keeping training content up to date with EU and Belgian customs developments.
• Working with customs specialists to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Contributing to the development of BDO's customs training offering.
