BDO is seeking a Senior IFRS Consultant to support audit and accountancy teams and clients on complex IFRS matters in Belgium. You will conduct technical research, review financial statements, and deliver practical guidance while growing through a collaborative and knowledge‑driven environment.

You will work with managers and partners on IFRS conversion or advisory projects, prepare memos and client deliverables, and contribute to internal trainings to share knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting advisory, or financial reporting with solid IFRS knowledge.
• Ability to perform technical research and apply IFRS guidance to client situations.
• Clear communication and confident presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support audit and accountancy teams on IFRS-related questions and technical accounting matters.
• Review IFRS financial statements and disclosures, identify improvements, ensure IFRS compliance.
• Research complex IFRS topics and translate findings into practical guidance.
• Contribute to IFRS conversion or advisory projects with managers, partners and client teams.
• Prepare technical memos, presentations and client deliverables.
• Share knowledge through internal trainings, updates and technical documentation.
