Pollet Pool Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Antwerp, Belgium. In this role, you will be the vital link between our operations and customers, ensuring timely product delivery and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals and dialysis centres.

The ideal candidate should have some experience in customer service, be fluent in Dutch and English, and possess a multitasking mindset to excel in a varied and dynamic role.

• Manage order processing from suppliers to invoicing.

Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare sector? As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our operations and our customers. You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly, from timely product delivery to strong customer relationships.

• You’ll be responsible for order processing from start to finish: from liaising with suppliers, purchasing, stock management, logistics and invoicing to accounts receivable. You’ll manage the entire process and act as the first point of contact for our customers (hospitals and kidney dialysis centres). You’ll use Dynamics D365 for this.
• You build and maintain genuine relationships with our customers and suppliers.
• You ensure that products are delivered as agreed and take the necessary action in the event of returns.
• You monitor back orders and ensure optimal stock levels.
• You undertake minor office management tasks in support of the General Manager (ordering coffee, organising team activities, etc.).

Profile

• You ideally have some initial experience in Customer Service, but motivated school leavers are certainly also welcome to apply. An interest in the medical sector is important; experience in hospitals is an advantage.
• We are looking for a meticulous, open-minded person with a drive to constantly seek improvement.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and also have a knowledge of French.
• You are a true multitasker, able to set priorities and excel at time management.
• You enjoy a wide range of tasks and are happy to step in where needed.
