AVEC in Ghent, Belgium is seeking Czech, Russian, and Polish-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role with 24/7 rotating shifts. You will be a key contact, delivering high-quality support to customers as part of an international team.

The role includes relocation support, a training month on-site, and a transition to one remote day per week after training. Initial contracts run 1–3–6 months with possibility of extension.

About the Role

We are recruiting Czech, Russian, and Polish-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international support team based in Ghent. In this hybrid role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality assistance and a smooth service experience.

Key Information

• Work Model: Hybrid
• Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts
• Shift Duration: 7h30 per shift (including a 30-minute lunch break)
• Relocation: Relocation support provided

Additional Details

• Initial contract duration: 1-3-6 months (not permanent from day one)
