RecT Solutions is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to own the full technical vision, defining architecture, engineering organization, delivery, and a roadmap to elevate the platform in the Web3 and data infrastructure space.

You will lead a distributed team, align technology with business goals, and communicate at board level to translate complex technical direction into strategic decisions. The role is based in Brussels area, with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering with full technical ownership.
• Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure — smart contracts, oracles, decentralised protocols, or on-chain data.
• Strong background in data-intensive platforms — pipelines, APIs, real-time data delivery at scale.
• Track record of scaling distributed engineering teams and delivery processes.
• Comfortable operating at board level — clear communicator, commercially aware.
