Burdock Consultants Belgium NV is seeking a CSA Contracts Administrator to support the commercial and contractual administration of CSA works across live projects. The role involves managing documentation, variations, payment processes, quantity tracking, and contractor coordination to ensure effective project commercial administration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction contract administration, preferably pharma/regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of local contract law, EU regulations, and pharma contracting standards.
• Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or similar standard forms.
• Understanding GMP and regulatory documentation for pharma construction.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Admin, Law, or related field.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage CSA contract and subcontract administration from award to final account.
• Maintain records of instructions, notices, documents, and commercial submissions.
• Control and file contractual documentation; monitor contractor compliance.
• Administer CSA variations and change events; maintain variation registers.
• Support monthly payment applications and quantity tracking on CSA works.
• Verify progress, quantities, and completed works on site.
• Maintain commercial logs, reports, and audit-ready records.
• Liaise with CSA contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Attend project and commercial meetings; resolve day-to-day issues.
• Identify commercial risks and support claims avoidance.
