360Pharma seeks a Manager, Cryopreservation Operations Growth & Partners to lead cryopreservation centers and drive scalable, cost-efficient supply of starting materials for CAR-T and advanced therapies. You will oversee external partner relationships, quality, and performance across global networks.

This role demands strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize end-to-end supply chains, with a focus on innovation and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience or business management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Cell Therapy, Biologics, or similarly regulated industry.
• Understanding of Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning, and Procurement.

Responsabilités

• Understand and communicate evolving market opportunities.
• Lead partner assessment and new product implementation with cross-functional partners (MSAT, Quality, Planning).
• Define tech transfer expectations and supply strategy with partners.
• Serve as Virtual General Manager for external partners and oversee financials.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to improve supply, processes, and systems.
• Partner with procurement in negotiations and ensure proper inputs.
• Align cross-functional partners to ensure compliance to agreements and manage cost.
• Manage cryopreservation network optimization and global budget.
