Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse seeks an Apheresis & Cryopreservation Services Manager to oversee base business supply for CAR-T and Advanced Therapies. You will manage cryopreservation centers to ensure material meets customer needs with high quality at lowest total cost, while driving innovation, supplier integration, and process improvements.

Interacts with Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning and Procurement; travels up to 25% and supports patients on weekends/off hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University Degree required
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience and/or business management
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Cell Therapy, Biologics, or other regulated industry
• Solid understanding of Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning, and Procurement functions and driving continuous improvement
• Experience leading supplier/external relationships and end-to-end supply chain management

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand and communicate evolving market opportunities.
• Lead partner assessment and new product implementation with cross-functional partners (MSAT, Quality, Planning), including site visits.
• Define tech transfer expectations and supply strategy with partners.
• Serve Virtual General Managers with external partners and lead JNJ team in partner management, overseeing activities and finances.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to improve supply, processes, and systems.
• Partner with procurement in contract negotiations and ensure proper functional inputs.
• Align cross-functional partners to ensure compliance to agreements and cost management.
• Collaborate with internal partners to optimize network efficiency and operations.
• Manage cryopreservation network optimization and budget for global network.
