Arcadis seeks a CAR-T Operations Junior Expert to join our GMP‑compliant manufacturing team. You will perform CAR‑T process steps from culture to cryopreservation in a clean room and adhere to SOPs for quality and traceability.

You will collaborate across departments on shift schedules, contribute to process improvements and maintain GMP documentation and environmental monitoring, while developing your expertise in ATMP technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, (bio)engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or related field or equivalent through experience.
• GMP/ATMP environment experience and aseptic techniques are assets but not required; training provided.
• Fluent in Dutch or English with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform CAR-T process activities: accurately perform steps in the CAR-T manufacturing process including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing and cryopreservation.
• Comply with SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and safety of cellular therapies.
• Collaborate with teams to complete production tasks according to a shift schedule.
• Contribute to process optimizations and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain GMP environments with focus on equipment cleanliness and environmental monitoring.
• Complete GMP documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
