Summary: Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Solution Developer and participate in the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics365 Customer Engagement solutions to address our customers' business challenges. The CE team carries out projects related to the Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP. The team is cross‑skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the needs expressed in functional specification documents to develop plug‑ins in C# and .NET languages.
• Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-cycle) and apply them in an international context.
• Utilize JavaScript, Azure and web services technologies to enable functional profiles in application design.
• Support clients throughout the project using development skills and mastered technologies.
• Support our Business Analysts in designing the solution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM development.
• In-depth understanding of Dynamics365, including configuration, customization and development of CRM solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Strong software development skills and ability to design, develop, test and deploy custom CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, identify potential issues and propose innovative, effective solutions using Dynamics365 features.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Experience working in project mode and collaboration across functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants.
