TUI in Belgium is seeking a Crewing Officer to manage Flight and Cabin Crew schedules for the critical 72 hours before departure. The role covers 24/7 shifts, offering a strong work/life balance and attractive travel benefits. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with French a plus, plus the ability to collaborate with Belgium and UK crews.

You’ll contribute to smooth operations, adjust rosters, and partner with travel teams to arrange hotels and transport when plans change.

Qualifications

• Higher education or equivalent through experience.
• Logistics, planning or similar experience is highly regarded.
• Creative problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Adaptable and flexible with strong prioritisation and completion skills.
• Great eye for detail and accurate planning.

Responsabilités

• Minimise impact on crew and customers while considering cost and safety.
• Brief Belgium and Netherlands daily with UK's Operational Control Centre.
• Oversee live flying operation to avoid disruption.
• Maintain an accurate Crew Management system for clear overview.
• Coordinate with Crew Travel to arrange hotels and transport when rosters change.
