Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a credit control specialist to join the finance team in Belgium. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on managing and following up on outstanding receivables across a diverse customer base, including key accounts.

You will collaborate with accounting and sales to resolve disputes and implement payment plans. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in B2B collections, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Dutch or French plus English.

• Following up on the key account portfolio by phone and in writing
• Managing complaints, disputes and payment plans for all customer segments
• Analysing and coordinating complex customer files with internal and external stakeholders
• Investigating and ensuring correct allocation of unassigned payments in collaboration with the accounting team
